About the role

This position is primarily remote, but may need to attend in-person proceedings in Phoenix, Arizona, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions/sessions
  • Recording on Prevail platform
  • Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
  • Marking and maintaining Exhibits
  • Maintaining and managing the session
  • Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Current Notary License for state of Arizona
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Arizona as well as basic national knowledge
  • A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well!
