Freelance B2B Freelance Sales Field Representative (St Louis)

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S. and is hiring Field Representatives to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in prime territories before competitors do. This role focuses on building partnerships, not sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
• Introduce Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Secure signed partnership agreements
• Build early market presence by locking in key locations
• Log activity and leads using simple digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM platforms)
• Pass qualified opportunities to the internal sales team

Requirements

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicator who handles objections confidently
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
• Registered freelancer (1099)
• Must be located in St Louis
• Native or fluent English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• Field outreach or door-to-door experience
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot

Compensation & Perks

• $20/hour guaranteed base pay
• $130 per activated partnership agreement
• Unlimited earning potential (top performers earn up to $500 per day)
• No commission cap
• Flexible schedule — work when you want

• Full onboarding, training, and ongoing support
