Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do. This is not a sales job — there’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory and get paid aggressively for it. If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities
- In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
- Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
- Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Securing signed partnership agreements
- Building early market presence by locking in key locations
- Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
- Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team
Requirements
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communicator who handles objections confidently
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
- Registered freelancer (1099)
