Job Summary

ProPharma is seeking a Clinical Research Auditor to conduct Portuguese fluency and Veterinary Good Clinical Practice (GCP) audits. This role involves auditing protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local regulations, and VICH GL9 guidelines. Audits are conducted remotely or in-person based on the auditor's availability, typically lasting 1-2 days per audit. The position requires adherence to GLP requirements and working with animal subjects.

ProPharma partners with biotech, med device, and pharmaceutical organizations to advance scientific breakthroughs and introduce new therapies. Our team provides a comprehensive suite of consulting solutions across the product lifecycle, including regulatory sciences, clinical research, quality & compliance, pharmacovigilance, medical information, and R&D technology.

Responsibilities

  • Audit veterinary products and clinical studies following GLP requirements
  • Conduct audits against protocols, SOPs, local requirements, and VICH GL9
  • Work with sites to book audit dates based on auditor availability
  • Perform audits remotely or in-person, typically 1-2 days per audit
  • Adhere to GLP requirements and ensure compliance with veterinary product regulations
  • Collaborate with audited sites to address findings and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • Experience with Veterinary GCP audits
  • Knowledge of GLP requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with animal subjects and clinical trials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research auditing or related field
  • Experience with animal subjects and clinical trials
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
