Freelance - Associate Director, Design

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of visual designs, typography, visual concepts, logos, and icons.
• Brainstorm creative concepts with the project team and assist in developing original campaigns.
• Integrate ideas across various mediums such as TV, print, and digital.
• Take direction and run with it, working independently on projects and assignments within established timelines and project briefs.

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years of proven experience in the agency space.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent portfolio school education focused on Design/art direction.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Strategic thinker capable of applying ideas across all channels.
• Bonus: Strong interest and/or experience in print production and packaging.
• Collaborative, hardworking, adaptable, with strong initiative.
• Rational yet innovative, with a naturally curious mind and passion for pixel-perfect design.
• Ready to collaborate with a phenomenal, hardworking group of people, open to constructive feedback, and eager to learn and grow.
• No large or even medium-sized ego; a teeny-tiny ego is preferred.
