Responsibilities

  • Concept strong visual ideas across campaigns, pitches, social, digital, video, and print.
  • Translate briefs into work that is strategically sound and visually compelling.
  • Partner closely with writers, strategists, and account leads to make the work better.
  • Bring a clear point of view while staying flexible enough to let the best idea win.
  • Move quickly across workstreams without letting quality or accuracy slip.
  • Build clean, organized files that teams can easily use.
  • Present ideas clearly and connect creative decisions back to the strategy.
  • Help raise the bar for what great looks like.

Requirements

  • A low ego about the process, high standards for the output.
  • We don’t do brilliant jerks.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • A confident presenter of creative work and connector of ideas back to strategy for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • For Pharma candidates: A strong understanding of regulated work, a polished portfolio showing strategic thinking, and an obsession for detail.
  • The ability to move fast, manage competing priorities, and stay calm under tight timelines.
  • Expert-level Figma skills.
  • Expert-level print design skills, including mechanicals, specs, production considerations, and file handoff.
  • Fluency with AI tools for creative development, image generation, and team collaboration, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney.
