About the Role

Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program in Fredericksburg, Virginia, as a Home Consultant. Help uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected of the luxury homes featured in Airbnb’s Luxe offering. As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Home consultations typically take approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on the size of the property. This project operates on an as-needed basis, with assignment volume fluctuating based on operational demand and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
• Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluations, using provided guidelines and templates.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation.

Compensation

This opportunity offers per-assignment compensation. Candidates propose a base rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home, typically ranging from $75 to $90 USD. Additional compensation includes:

• $5 USD per additional bedroom, up to a maximum of eight bedrooms (e.g., 2 bedrooms: base rate + $5, 3 bedrooms: base rate + $10, etc.).
• Travel compensation based on distance from the assessment location (details provided before offer).

Qualifications

• Relevant experience: Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Flexible schedule: Ability to accommodate assignments based on operational needs.
• Reliable transportation: Willingness to travel to assigned locations.
• Required device: Phone or tablet capable of completing reports and uploading photos.
• Excellent communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail: Thorough and detail-oriented approach.
• Language proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable using technology with a stable internet connection.
• Location: Reside within a one-hour driving distance of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
