Finance Expert Wealth Advisor / Planner Role Overview Evaluate finance tasks and workflows for realism and accuracy, ensuring they reflect genuine professional practices. Provide feedback to enhance task quality and maintain high standards in AI evaluation projects. $125-$165 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote Key Responsibilities Review individual finance tasks and workflows for professional realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency.Assess whether task inputs, context, and expected workflow reflect actual domain practices.Identify missing assumptions, ambiguous instructions, unsupported requirements, and impractical constraints.Flag tasks that are too broad or generic to produce meaningful finance capability signals.Provide concise, structured written feedback and targeted recommendations to improve task realism.Cross-check task logic with trusted domain peers to maintain high standards across the sprint. Core Requirements Have strong relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, retirement or tax planning, RIA operations, supervision, or compliance.CFP certification is strongly preferred for planning-focused work; other relevant credentials are welcomed.Strong understanding of fiduciary practice, suitability, household financial tradeoffs, and client communication.Excellent written communication and the ability to explain not only whether something is correct, but why.High attention to detail, sound professional judgment, and comfort evaluating work against explicit standards.Experience reviewing analysts, approving work, designing controls, or setting quality standards is especially valuable for the senior track. Additional Strengths Strong analytical approach to reviewing and improving professional content.High level of consistency when assessing technical and transactional accuracy.Comfortable managing deliverables with minimal supervision.
