Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
- Investigate potential fraud cases
- Identify and report emerging fraud trends
- Recommend strategies to prevent fraud
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve cases
- Enhance fraud awareness through training and procedural guidance
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in fraud, investigation, risk, or data analysis within a regulated environment
- Bachelor’s degree or ABA Certificate in Fraud Prevention
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Pay
Salary negotiable based on experience, ranging from $60,000 to $72,000 annually
