What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events
  • Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication
  • Making presentations about our unique products to a diverse audience
  • Generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for our sales team
  • Education potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions
  • Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step
  • Attending monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders
  • Conducting final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony to conclude
