What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events
- Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication
- Making presentations about our unique products to a diverse audience
- Generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for our sales team
- Education potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions
- Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step
- Attending monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders
- Conducting final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony to conclude
