Location: Remote or Hybrid Work at Omaha Headquarters
Compensation: $47,500 Base Salary plus call and deal Commission and Incentives. Expected annual income is $70,000 to $120,000+ depending on sales performance.
Your Impact On Team Sidekick
Serve as the very first touchpoint for individuals exploring franchise ownership, guiding them through 10–15 minute introductory conversations that uncover their goals, motivations, financial readiness, and expectations while helping them feel confident, supported, and clear on next steps. This role is consultative and highly relational, focusing on active listening, emotional intelligence, and leading someone through an important decision-making process with calm confidence.
Call Volume Management & Outreach (30%)
- Maintain high call quality, consultative flow, and consistent booking performance
- Navigate objections while staying composed, empathetic, and in control of the conversation
Pipeline Management & Handoff Support (20%)
- Document call notes in HubSpot with accuracy and detail
- Track lead progress and ensure seamless movement toward an Advisor Call
- Schedule and reschedule Advisor Calls as needed
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration (10%)
- Share insights to help shape a better lead experience and stronger team results
- Collaborate with Specialists, Advisors, and leadership on continuous improvement
- Maintain discipline, consistency, and follow-through in a high-volume role
A Day in the Life...
Your day blends conversation, structure, and rhythm, rooted in the discipline of showing up with consistent energy and focus. You'll begin by reviewing inbound leads, planning outreach, and preparing for structured calls where you uncover what truly matters to leads: their business goals, fears, motivations, timeline, and financial capacity. You'll normalize financial discussions, handle objections with calm confidence, and help leads feel supported as they take their first step into franchise exploration. You'll capture detailed notes in HubSpot, track progress through the lead pipeline, and collaborate with your fellow Specialists and Advisors to create a seamless experience.

- Client Referral Commission- We encourage every member of Team Sidekick to utilize their network to find qualified candidates for franchise ownership. We pay $3,000 for every qualified lead you submit that ends up purchasing a franchise.
