Responsibilities
- Evaluate business performance and operational execution at franchise locations throughout the United States.
- Conduct franchise performance reviews and compliance assessments.
- Work directly with franchise owners to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
- Hold franchise owners accountable to company standards, operating procedures, and agreed-upon commitments.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training for franchise owners and their teams.
- Support new franchise owner onboarding and business launches.
- Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures, and operational documentation.
- Become the subject matter expert on Honest Abe Roofing systems and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve franchise support, business processes, and operational consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of leadership experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, district or regional management, business consulting, business operations, or a comparable leadership role.
- Experience improving business performance through accountability, operational leadership, or process improvement.
- Experience creating professional documentation, training materials, or standard operating procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence leading difficult conversations and holding others accountable.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
- Ability to travel approximately 40–60% throughout the United States.
