Franchise Business Consultant - Orangetheory Fitness

Purpose/Impact

Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue, profitability, intro acquisition, and retention
Conduct annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees
Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities
Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, utilization, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to develop training programs that address performance gaps, opportunities and operational needs for Franchisees
Act as the liaison between Franchisees and Corporate, ensuring effective flow of communication
Guide studios through enterprise initiatives, pilots, promotions and system-wide rollouts
Review studio compliance, network certification and brand experience requirements
Drive adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes

Strengths & Background

• 3+ years multi-unit leadership, franchise business consultant role or small business owner experience
• 1-3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio (or other boutique fitness) experience preferred
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree OR equivalent work experience in a business support role; Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Relevant fields include Business, Operations, Finance, or related discipline
