Responsibilities

- Overseeing the maintenance of all equipment
- Aiding with creating estimates
- Using good judgment to handle common customer questions or complaints
- May need to install framing, if necessary
Qualifications
- Proficiency in word processing software
- Ability to use spreadsheet and internet software
- Ability to read and understand documents
- Writing routine reports and correspondence
- Speaking and presenting in front of small groups
- Understanding and applying common sense to follow instructions
Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000+ (negotiable)
About the role
The Framing Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of framing installed sales, for training, supervising and directing the work of framing installation crews, performing quality checks at jobsites, maintaining production or installation records, planning framing installation work, apportioning the work among the framing crews, overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks, providing for the safety and security of the framing crews, assisting with any estimates that will need performed in the field and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.
