Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and frame projects according to plan.
- Maintain worksite and tool trailer tidiness.
- Maintain tool inventory and ensure equipment and tools are in good working order.
- Forward thinking to be able to communicate with Project Foreman any future needs (material, tools, etc.).
- Cookordination with Project Foreman to ensure project timelines are followed.
- Ensure jobsite safety rules are followed by team members.
- Construct houses, buildings and other structures.
- Build walls, roofs, porches, decks, and install windows and doors.
- Ensure all punch-list items are completed.
- Operate a variety of power tools and heavy machinery.
Requirements
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Willingness To Travel: 50%
Qualifications
- Experience operating a variety of power tools and heavy machinery.
- Ability to construct houses, buildings and other structures.
- Ability to build walls, roofs, porches, decks, and install windows and doors.
- Experience mentoring and motivating construction laborers.
- Experience coordinating with Project Foreman to ensure project timelines are followed.
- Experience ensuring jobsite safety rules are followed by team members.
