About the role

Total Remodeling is seeking a skilled Framer/Decking Installer to join our team. We are a fully licensed and insured company dedicated to raising the bar on home renovation services.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Production Manager each morning to review the day’s job and expectations
• Maintain a spotless jobsite and clean up thoroughly each day
• Prepare and deliver materials when needed
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and turn in all job completion documents and pictures
• Represent Total Remodeling’s standards and values on every job

Requirements

• A professional craftsman with remodeling experience
• Skilled in all phases of Framing, Decking, Carpentry, etc
• Highly organized, on time, and able to lift heavy materials
• A clear communicator who works well independently and with a team
• Licensed and Insured (or prepared to meet those requirements)

Qualifications

• Professional experience in framing and decking
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Licensed and Insured (or willing to obtain these credentials)
