We are seeking a Framer 2 to join our utility pole operations in Brierfield, Alabama. The primary function is to manufacture round stock product to established specification in a productive, efficient and safe manner. Principal Responsibilities Inspects and verifies quality and classification of all round stock to ANSI, ASTM or Corporate standards Operates hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gain, brand, tag, clean and prepare poles for treatmentDocuments and reports material processedMaintains tools, equipment, supplies and work areaAssists in inspection of all round stock productsAssists in receipt of materials, tallying, identification, records and informationAssists in operation of full length and deep incisor as requiredOperates pole tag machine to manufacture aluminum tags as required Participates and contributes to company safety programPerforms other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
