Frame/Alignment Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty/Commercial Vehicle Body Shop Frame and Alignment Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform frame and alignment repairs on heavy-duty and commercial vehicles using specialized equipment
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify frame damage, misalignments, and structural issues
• Use precision measuring tools and computerized alignment systems to restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Repair or replace damaged vehicle components, including frames, axles, and suspension parts
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts used
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a frame and alignment technician in a heavy-duty or commercial vehicle body shop
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle structures, frames, and suspension systems
• Proficiency with alignment equipment and computerized measurement systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and repair orders
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Valid certification or training in heavy-duty vehicle repair is preferred
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in various positions
