Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
• Communicate with agents and title to ensure compliance.
• Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
• Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.
• Assist potential clients and agents with pre-listing and contract-to-close transactions concerning real estate.
• Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to closing and beyond.

Requirements

• Transaction coordinator experience.
• Sales experience.
• Active Real Estate or Broker License.
• Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality.
• "Go-getter" attitude.
• Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in the real estate investment market.
