New Business Development & Hunting
- Drive end-to-end new client acquisition across target industries and geographies
- Identify, prospect, and engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, Business Leaders)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and partnerships
IT Services Sales Execution
- Sell IT services offerings such as software development, cloud, AI/automation, SAP, data, or managed services
- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Position services effectively against competitors and articulate value clearly
Position Strategy & Expansion
- Land new logos and expand into multi-project / long-term engagements
- Build trusted relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts
Sales Strategy & GTM Alignment
- Define and refine go-to-market strategy for target segments and service offerings
- Align sales efforts with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
- Provide market feedback to shape service offerings and positioning
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain structured pipeline, CRM discipline, and accurate forecasting
- Track KPIs such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle
- Establish a consistent sales cadence and reporting structure
