Fractional General Counsel / Litigation Support Provider Brand Ambassador

We’re seeking a dynamic Fractional GC/GC to function as a commissioned Brand Ambassador at IST Management, a privately-owned end-to-end litigation support services provider. This remote, 1099 role is ideal for a JD with an active bar certification and a strong network of legal professionals, including corporate GCs and mid/large firm partners.

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will advocate for IST Management alongside the C-suite and executive sales team. Your focus will be networking with your contacts, organizing client dinners and entertainment functions, and driving new revenue partnerships. Time commitment is flexible, based on your availability.

Commission structure: 2.5% on all data hosted in Relativity and 1% on all data hosted in RelativityOne.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for IST Management by networking with your legal contacts and collaborating with the C-suite and executive sales team to secure new revenue partnerships.
• Organize and execute client outings, dinners, entertainment functions, and other events.
• Support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, financing, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• JD with an active bar certification (required).
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Strong network of legal professionals, including corporate GCs and mid/large firm partners.
