Responsibilities
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across combined entities.
- Develop a consolidated financial template and lead structured knowledge transfer by shadowing the outgoing Director.
- Create desktop procedures and process documentation for FP&A functions.
- Identify, track, and manage integration synergies.
- Support IT outsourcing projects and other special initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in FP&A at Director or VP level.
- Healthcare industry knowledge, including Medicaid and commercial payer environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and Intacct is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
