Zeeva is a therapist-owned behavioral health practice focused on providing exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy. We are seeking a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work approximately 10-15 hours per week with our Founder & CEO. This role is not a traditional Practice Administrator or Office Manager position.

Qualifications
- Successfully led operations within a growing healthcare organization
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Behavioral health or multi-provider outpatient healthcare
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Insurance billing operations
- Executive operational leadership
- KPI development and executive reporting
- Healthcare technology implementation
- Process improvement
- Organizational design
- Leading cross-functional teams

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role, approximately 10-15 hours per week to start, with a flexible schedule and occasional in-person meetings preferred in the Los Angeles area.
