A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis / Transformation Analyst to support firmwide financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze firmwide financial forecasts and weekly management reporting packages.
- Support quarterly earnings processes, including collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of financial results.
- Perform financial analysis across business units and corporate functions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and valuation analyses.
- Assist in preparing presentations, board materials, and executive memorandums for senior management.
- Partner with Investor Relations and Business Finance teams to support investor inquiries, earnings preparation, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze trends, key performance indicators, and operating metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance financial controls, and streamline workflows.
- Support implementation of new systems, reporting tools, and FP&A best practices.
- Participate in ad hoc strategic projects and special analyses for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Accounting.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
Pay
$60 – $70/hr, depending on experience.
