FP&A Team - Supervisor

Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis prepares and oversees the financial analysis to support decision-making processes, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis. This role involves providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team achieves its objectives.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong accounting/financial background required
• Strong communication skills both writing/speaking required
• Team leader with positive attitude required
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
• Ability to think independently and have good decision making skills required
• SAP FI experience preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred
