Responsibilities
- Own Adaptive Planning as a Finance Product
- Perform Adaptive Planning administration, including access rights, technical configuration, workflow management, custom fields/validations, and departmental structure
- Represent Finance and Accounting in cross-functional Data Governance initiatives
- Configure and maintain models, dimensions, versions, hierarchies, validations, and workflows
- Translate evolving FP&A and business needs into scalable Adaptive solutions
- Enable World-Class FP&A Processes
- Support and continuously improve:
- Annual budgeting
- Monthly/Quarterly rolling forecasts
- Long-range planning
- Board-level and executive reporting
- Partner with FP&A leadership to redesign planning workflows that move the team away from Excel dependency and into scalable, driver-based models as appropriate
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Finance Systems
- Hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning in a production environment
- Experience with BI tools required (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare / healthcare technology, preferred
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification, preferred
- Experience supporting board or investor reporting, preferred
- Exposure to revenue, workforce, or multi-entity planning models, preferred
- Familiarity with ERP or data warehouse integration, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to translate finance requirements into system configurations
- Strong communication skills with comfort supporting senior finance leadership
