FP&A Supervisor

About the role

Want to build an FP&A function from the ground up and work directly with executive leadership? This is a high-impact opportunity with a rapidly growing, multi-state home services organization where you’ll have full ownership of financial planning and visibility across the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the company’s FP&A function while partnering closely with the CFO and Controller
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide insights to leadership
• Create financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards to support decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through GL data and financials
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Pay

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $145,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
