FP&A Sr Financial Operations Analyst T&W

Key Accountabilities

Lead financial support for plant operations, including monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Partner with the plants to monitor performance, explain variances, and drive accountability to budget and forecasts.

Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, freight, and warehouse costs—including production, inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution—to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes for plants, supply chain, freight, and warehouse operations.

Review and manage inventory performance, including excess/obsolete inventory, write-offs, operational drivers, and warehouse related impacts.

Provide insights into cost absorption, production volumes, operational efficiency, freight utilization, and warehouse productivity.

Support product costing and margin analysis for existing and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5 years + of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling (depending on seniority).
• Manufacturing/Plant Finance and cost accounting.
• Standard costing, cost absorption and inventory analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel required; reporting tools preferred).
• Ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate insights.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting background.
• SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong business partnering, relationship-building, and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
