FP&A Senior Manager

An industry leading, private equity backed services organization is seeking a highly analytical and hands on FP&A Senior Manager to play a critical role in the next phase of growth. The company is looking for an FP&A Senior Manager who can provide actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities and partner closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and recurring forecasting processes
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Develop dashboards and management reporting packages
• Operational finance
• Support financial analysis and due diligence activities for acquisition targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Strong accounting foundation with prior accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience developing financial models and business analysis tools
• Experience utilizing reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, AI enabled platforms or similar technologies
• Project based, construction, manufacturing, engineering industries preferred
