Job Description

The Business Information & Analysis (BIA) Development Manager supports full application life cycle management (e.g., analysis, development, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, etc.). He/She is an expert in one or more database technologies and applies that knowledge to the benefit of the enterprise. This position utilizes the agile-waterfall methodology development process.

• Provides input for project plans and integrations.
• Influences the direction of enterprise and solution architecture.
• Participates in component and data architecture design and technology planning for organization initiatives.
• Leverages resources and foundational infrastructure to drive the development of technical frameworks and solutions.
• Interfaces across business areas and collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
• Demonstrates a significant understanding and analysis of applications' transformation of data into business information and the manner in which information supports and enables key business processes.
• Drives and leads consistency, drafts and maintains standards and procedures for application environments, ensuring enterprise compliance.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Qualifications
