FP&A Manager - USA - FMCG

About the role

You will be the financial engine of the business, a key figure connecting numbers, strategy, and decisions. In this role you will lead the FP&A function with a strong business partnering orientation, becoming a trusted advisor to top management and international stakeholders. This is a high-visibility assignment where your impact will be tangible and recognized.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment between strategy and performance
• Analyze financial results and KPIs, translating data into clear, action-oriented insights
• Support management in strategic decisions by evaluating scenarios, investments, and business priorities
• Coordinate periodic business reviews and prepare high-value presentations for local leadership and HQ
• Identify risks and opportunities, anticipating trends and proposing concrete solutions
• Develop advanced financial models and cutting-edge reporting tools
• Improve processes, data quality, and analytical rigor across the organization
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of ownership, performance, and critical thinking

Requirements

• At least 8 years of FP&A or advanced Controllo di Gestione experience in structured, complex environments
• Hands-on experience with budgets, forecasts, financial models, and driver-based analysis
• Ability to read numbers, interpret them, and tell a clear story to senior management
• Proven track record of influencing decisions and driving change
• Comfort engaging with senior and international stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset, curiosity, and solution-oriented attitude
• Natural leadership with a drive to build, grow, and empower a team
• Resilience and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
