FP&A Manager

We're looking for an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, mentor a team, and be a true strategic partner to operations—all while driving the insights that keep our facilities thriving.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across all facilities, partnering with operations leadership to set performance targets
• Mentor a team of analysts and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
• Build and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that guide data‑driven decisions
• Present monthly performance reviews to executive and operational leaders, translating numbers into action
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to elevate the FP&A function

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in healthcare or multi‑site operations
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
• Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and their interrelationships
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge
• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build cross‑functional relationships

Nice to have

• Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare services
• Background leading process improvement and automation projects
