Location Preference: Remote, Anywhere in the US About the Role: Fingerprint is looking for an FP&A Manager to support financial and strategic operations behind a company that is scaling fast and selling to some of the largest consumer platforms in the world. Responsibilities: Own and continuously improve the consolidated corporate model in our FP&A tool Abacum — three-statement P&L, cash, headcount planning, non-personnel spend, SaaS metricsRun our annual budget cycle and distribute monthly budget review decks with our FP&A tool AbacumPartner directly with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as their strategic counterparts, providing insights and reportingBuild the board reporting packagesOwn the SaaS metrics layer end to end — ARR bridge, gross and net revenue retention, cohort and expansion analysis, CAC payback, magic number, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, and sales capacity modelingHead procurement with Tropic partner, managing the usage and spend complexities of our largest vendor contracts Handle Revenue commissions process from plan implementation to commission paymentProvide strategic analysis on key operational questions: pricing scenarios, segment profitability, etc. Qualifications: 6-10 years of progressive finance experience, with real depth in modeling and forecastingAt least one stint at a startup or high-growth company (Experience at a company in the 100–1,000 person range preferred)Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics: ARR bridges, retention, cohorts, and how a booking becomes revenue becomes cashEnjoys problem solving with business partnersDetail-oriented, strong accountability to quality of work and deadlinesPassion for efficiency via process, systems and AIModeling and software craft that holds up to inspection: clean structure and auditable logicComfort with SQL, a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau) or ClaudeComfortable working fully remotely and proficiency with macOS using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite and FP&A ToolStrong written communication Value add Claude userWants to grow and learn to advance their career to senior leadershipStrong preference for investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development early in your career — the environments that force pace, precision, and the habit of defending your workExposure to a fundraise, audit, or diligence process from the company side highly preferredBonus: Systems implementation experience — an ERP migration, a planning tool rollout, or building the data pipeline that made reporting possible Compensation & Transparency At Fingerprint, we believe in pay transparency — it's part of how we operate as a distributed, remote-first team. Salaries are based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Because this role is open across the United States and can be based anywhere our team members work from, the salary range reflects that geographic breadth: $118,000 - $160,000. Some example salaries for specific locations are below: New York City: $139,000 - $160,000 Chicago: $118,000 - $136,000 Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including the successful candidate's location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
