FP&A Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented FP&A Manager. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will act as a strategic individual contributor, translating raw data into actionable insights that drive our growth and help us scale. This role will have ownership of our financial models, SaaS metrics reporting, and strategic forecasting. This is a premier role for a seasoned finance professional who thrives on autonomy, loves building sophisticated models, and wants to work directly with executive leadership.

This is a remote US position.

Qualifications

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting
• Owning, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s corporate financial model
• Partnering with the CFO to build dynamic scenarios involving revenue modeling, resourcing requirements and cash implications
• Driving the budgeting process and lead variance analysis. Interface with business leaders to support their functional areas
• Business Intelligence
• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing core KPIs, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, LTV, and CAC
• Interfacing with Accounting, IT and HR to optimize hiring, spending, and Close processes, among others.
• Executive & Board Support
• Helping the CFO prepare financial reporting packages and presentations for the Board of Directors and investors.
• Partnering with functional business leaders to support ad hoc analyses around strategic topics including, but not limited to future growth opportunities and efficiently scaling the business

Compensation Philosophy

Range: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 depending on location and level of experience. Plus bonus and equity.
