Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning initiatives
- Develop financial models tied to revenue drivers, census, authorizations, staffing, and program performance
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Support growth initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning
- Enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial insights to improve decision-making across the organization
- Partner with operational and finance leaders to strengthen financial performance and data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, strategic finance, or related experience
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, human services, Medicaid-funded organizations, or similarly complex environments preferred
Pay & Schedule
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
- Location: 100% Onsite, open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters
