About the role
As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis activities within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning and analysis methodologies
- Understanding of financial statements and their components
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
