FP&A Finance TAP Associate

About the role

The Land O'Lakes Finance organization is currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) Associate role. This role offers opportunities to learn various tasks and functions within the Finance organization through two defined rotational assignments in Finance and Accounting areas. Additionally, participants will engage in a pre-defined leadership development curriculum and gain exposure to the Land O’Lakes Finance senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product costing
• Review work orders
• Reconcile product inventory
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Research, prepare, and post journal entries and other accounting transactions
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Perform monthly variance analysis
• Prepare other financial reporting and analysis as needed to support the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related major
• A minimum of one internship in related field
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes internship program
