FP&A Commercial & Operations Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing leaders to provide insights and reporting that drive business growth.
• Analyze sales performance, monitor pipeline health, improve commercial reporting, and support operational processes that enable better business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility into sales pipeline, commercial performance, and key business metrics.
• Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, deal progression, and forecast trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Produce reporting on new business, renewals, and commercial activity to support forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, including lead generation, win rates, client retention, and sales performance against targets.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve reporting accuracy, CRM data quality, and commercial processes.
• Support sales incentive reporting and ensure performance metrics align with compensation programs.
• Identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities within commercial data and present actionable insights to business leaders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and commercial operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business operations, or another analytical business function.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or marketing teams through financial analysis, reporting, or operational support.
• Understanding of sales pipelines, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and commercial performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
