What You'll Do
- Support FP&A activities, including forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide actionable business insights.
- Create and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Aid in month-end and quarter-end close activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Perform expense reconciliations and investigate significant variances.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand business performance and key drivers.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities preferred.
- Healthcare or DME industry experience is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial planning or business intelligence tools (TM1, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reporting systems.
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of income statements, P&L management, variance analysis, key business performance drivers.
- Experience developing business cases and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Ability to convert complex financial information into business recommendations.
