FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend identification.
• Aid in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Maintain performance against budgets and forecasts, and offer recommendations for adjustments.
• Create and deliver regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, financial trends, and variances.
• Analyze and interpret financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance in reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units to comprehend financial needs and supply analytical support for strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
• Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as required to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in an FP&A type role.
• Self-starter who can lead projects with minimal supervision from management.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings.
• Desire to take on the responsibility of leading a finance function.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; Power BI, Tableau, etc.
