FP&A Analyst

About the role

This FP&A Analyst position plays a key role in contributing cross-functionally to the Finance, M&A, Development, and Strategy groups, reporting to the VP of Finance. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and corporate-level financial models for different teams
• Design investment and market materials
• Support the structure and execution of project-level debt
• Coordinate and manage due diligence activities with stakeholders
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal budgets
• Actively communicate and present market intelligence
• Evaluate M&A candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling abilities
• Experience with tax equity modeling
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, M&A (renewable energy experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills

• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms
• Able to walk, lift, push, or pull objects up to 20 lbs
• Able to spend extended periods working online
• Effective time management skills
