Our opportunity is to join a rapidly growing, fast-paced Dental Clinical Organization (DCO) with 160+ offices, headquartered in New Hyde Park, NY, backed by a top-tier Private Equity firm. This role will enable you to develop a strong skill set in financial planning & analysis, M&A implementation, growth strategy, and more.

About the Role

• Key contributor to our financial strategy
• Reports to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics
• Closely works with the Sr. FP&A Analyst
• Partners with the Finance and Executive Leadership teams
• Unique opportunity to gain exposure across all areas of the business
• Pivotal in helping Dental365/PCDM achieve its ambitious growth objectives
• Delivers insightful, value-added analysis across the company
• Supports monthly management and sponsor reporting packages
• Develops annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Enhances and maintains existing financial models
• Supports business growth by partnering with Finance Leadership, Business Development, and the CEO
• Analyzes new site acquisitions vs. initial valuation models
• Partners with senior leadership on long-term financial planning, business strategy, and Board of Directors presentations
• Delivers timely and accurate analyses for leadership
• Includes liquidity analysis, ROI assessments, investor decks, M&A due diligence, and working capital analysis
• Identifies and drives reporting/process improvements

Pay

New York Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 USD

Schedule

This position is a hybrid position, in-person Monday through Thursday at our Headquarters office located in New Hyde Park, NY, with Fridays remote.
