FP&A Analyst

About the role

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to senior management. This includes preparing financial models, analyzing financial data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
• Experience with financial modeling software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
