Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Support the annual operating plan, budget, and rolling forecast processes across the enterprise.
- Aid in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including key metrics, variance analysis, and management reporting packages.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making activities.
- Prepare reporting and analysis for operating expenses, capital expenditures, and other corporate finance initiatives.
- Create and enhance standardized reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and transparency.
- Partner with Corporate FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and other functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reporting, forecasting, and financial planning capabilities.
- Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/Masters preferred
- Prior experience in FP&A or a similar role
- Manufacturing/Automotive background
- Some experience with SAP & Data Warehouse
