FP&A Analyst

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL within the financial services industry. This highly visible role will support the Director of FP&A and senior leadership with strategic planning, financial forecasting, executive reporting, and data-driven business decision support.

The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leaders across operations, underwriting, sales, and servicing to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools within Cube, Microsoft Fabric, OLAP, and related reporting environments.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis, performance reporting, and executive-level insights.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across business origination channels.
• Support strategic initiatives including capital planning, pricing analysis, portfolio performance analysis, growth planning, and long-term financial modeling.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that support operational performance, forecasting, and business decision making.
• Prepare Power BI dashboards, board materials, investor reporting, executive presentations, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
