FP&A Advise Manager

Work you'll do

• Leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting transformation projects for client's finance organizations
• Driving finance transformation initiatives across planning, analytics, management reporting, and decision support processes
• Developing financial models, scenario analyses, and performance insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to assess current-state finance processes and design scalable future-state solutions
• Supporting the implementation and adoption of data, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities within FP&A processes

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a quantitative field
• Required: 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, finance transformation, or business finance
• Required: 3+ years of experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Required: 3+ years of experience with enterprise resource planning systems, enterprise performance management tools, or data visualization tools
• Required: 3+ years of experience leading workstreams, project teams, or finance transformation initiatives
• Required: Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or analytics
• Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Preferred: Experience with Anaplan, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Tableau, or Power BI
• Preferred: Experience designing planning, forecasting, management reporting, or driver-based planning processes
• Preferred: Experience applying automation, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence in finance workflows
• Preferred: Experience in consulting or professional services environments supporting finance organizations
