About the Role

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Fountain Worker at Beerhaus in New York‑New York, you’ll be part of a high‑energy gathering place known for its craft beers, approachable food, and lively social atmosphere. You’ll use a welcoming personality and a commitment to exceptional service to create memorable experiences for guests enjoying everything from game days to casual nights out on the Las Vegas Strip.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledgeable selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and menu items.
• Take and place orders, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Support kitchen operations by expediting food preparation and orders when necessary.
• Collect money while following all proper comp procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas; clear tables and counters, sweep, and bus tables without disrupting guests.
• Pack and complete orders according to guests’ preferences, provide necessary condiments, and run food items to guests.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
• Unload warehouse orders and stock them in designated storage, maintaining organization and replenishing supplies and machines as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer matters to management, notify supervisors, and/or security of unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Perform other job‑related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Must be 21 + years of age.
• 2 + years of prior relevant experience (experience as a food handler in a similar environment) – preferred.
• 5 + years of prior relevant experience (experience in a high‑volume food and beverage environment) – preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$12.50 hourly + tips
