Fountain Worker

About the role

The Fountain Worker is responsible for greeting our guests, providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards, taking and completing orders, handling cash transactions, completing side work, and unloading and storing warehouse deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take and complete orders
• Handle cash transactions
• Complete side work
• Unload and store warehouse deliveries

Requirements

• Communicate in English, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
• One year guest services experience, preferably in a high volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand environment
• Basic food & beverage knowledge and ability to handle cash transactions on a Point of Sale system
• Highly organized and efficient with excellent customer service skills
• Able to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or active work cards at all times

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or over
