Job Description
- Build a high-quality outbound pipeline by researching accounts deeply and designing creative, thoughtful outreach strategies for HR, Finance, and Transformation leaders.
- Experiment with messaging, positioning, and ICP hypotheses to identify what resonates in the US market, providing direct feedback to founders and product teams.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities and leverage AI tools as force multipliers for research and personalization to maximize conversion and sales productivity.
Requirements
- Has 1-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or commercial role within the B2B SaaS space, demonstrating a proven track record of generating outbound pipeline.
- Possesses a true hunter mindset with high emotional resilience, curiosity about systems and automation, and a strong bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a desire to work in person in San Francisco to collaborate with a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
