Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models to automate HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems to support AI-driven applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing AI models through data analysis and experimentation.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure that AI capabilities meet user needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about using technology to solve complex problems in HR.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of database management systems and relational databases.
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and automation.
